Please provide clear and easy to read instructions.Please provide as many references as possible. If you are unable to show me something, I recommend searching on google or pinterest to find something similar. Payment is due upfront and in full.At this time I only accept paypal.I do not accept partial payments at this time.✦PROCESS✦
I generally take about a one to two weeks for completion on certain commissions depending on complexity.Work in Process will only be given if the commissioner personally requests it, or if I the artist, wonder something about the commission.✦CUSTOMER SATISFACTION✦
I will do whatever I can to have a satisfied commissioner.I will only allow minor changes after completion such as small coloring/marking mistakes.Anything that requires a great change will come with an extra charge. For example, anything that requires me to completely redraw the art.If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.

I have every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
(Unless marked private)
Draw it on twitch.
Post on any website.
Display it to my liking.The commissioner is allowed to;
Use the artwork for personal use.
Use it to promote themselves with the proper credit given.
Use the art in an icon or banner with the proper credit.
Have given proper credit.The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.✦REFUNDS✦I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.Once payment is received, you will no longer be able to refund your commission.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will forbidden to ever commission me, SpookyBoo, ever again.Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for. I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
